“It is our mission to provide locals and visitors with a very progressive dining and drinking experience, we look at every ingredient list to minimize feeding our customers GMO products. Our food is imaginative and well executed, but affordable. Everything on our food menu is $15 or less.” – Chef/Owner Mark Borkowski
“Our goal is to create a relaxing, classy lounge where people can come in and have unique cuisine topped off with chilled small production wine and craft beers,” – Owner Neal Lovaas
